I started working as a recruiter in Sydney in 2000 where I was responsible for recruiting across the financial sector for market-leading companies Michael Page & Robert Walters. I later moved to London where I spent 10 years developing my career across audit, risk and compliance within the specialist boutique search market.
Returning to Melbourne, I began working at Marshall McAdam, partially due to to the company's commitment to ethical recruiting. After starting at Marshall McAdam, I initially worked in the audit, risk and compliance space. I now work as a Principal Consultant, heading up the contract project services team. With my extensive network in the Melbourne market, I can tap into quality IT project contract people quickly and easily.
I help my clients build strong and capable IT project teams, focusing on technology leaders who drive change and innovation projects, where governance is often a key consideration. I find this area interesting and fast-paced, and I have found that mid-market demand for project managers with proven experience in transformation, delivery and project management office (PMO) remains strong across a wide range of industries.
