My career began in Sydney in 2000 where I recruited across the financial sector for market leading brands Michael Page & Robert Walters.  I then moved to London where I spent 10 years developing my career across audit, risk and compliance within the specialist boutique search market.

Returning to Melbourne, I was drawn to Marshall McAdam’s commitment to a better way of recruiting professionals that makes a measurable and positive impact on everyone in the process. As a firm, we have a simple philosophy: Recruitment is never an exact science. It’s about who we are, what we’ve learned, and access to deep professional networks. It’s about sharing knowledge across our team, applying the right methodology for each requirement and delivering on every opportunity.

Initially working in the audit, risk and compliance space, my focus has now turned to supporting technology leaders driving change and innovation projects, where governance is often a key consideration. Mid-market demand for project managers with proven experience in transformation, delivery and project management office (PMO) remains strong across IT and telecommunications, construction, health, financial services and resources.
