As a founding director of Marshall McAdam, I'm focussed on supporting clients to build their businesses, candidates to build their careers and our own people to achieve their professional and personal goals. With the benefit of working with some of the best recruitment companies in Australia over 20 years, I’ve consciously moved between front-line delivery, account management and operational management roles to extend my knowledge and build long-term relationships.
Much like the technology industry, my recruitment focus has changed significantly over the past two decades as organisations seek new ways to grow and innovate. I have worked alongside technology professionals at every level across organisations ranging from Enterprise and Greenfield to small family businesses and SMEs – helping them grow and develop their workplace culture to become desirable employers.
Things move fast in my world and I’m passionate about connecting talented finance professionals to great opportunities. Backed by years of experience in technology recruitment, I work closely with a growing network of project managers, PMO, portfolio managers, program managers and scrum masters. My core focus is supporting technology leaders with the talent they need to drive change and innovation projects.
At Marshall McAdam from the beginning, my role is to let the people who need to run the business, take care of running the business. I’ve implemented the accounting system, payroll system and time costing, as well as train our very talented Office Managers in their finance and payroll related tasks.
A founding member of Marshall McAdam, I’m responsible for the strategies and structures that support the unique way we go about our business. From directing our digital media strategy, to boosting training and development or implementing new systems and processes, I am constantly able to improve results for everyone who comes into contact with Marshall McAdam.
I spent the early part of my career working as an HR Manager and later as a PR Manager. Deciding I wanted a change, I took a role in a recruitment company specialising in IT, and later moved into a recruitment management role. It’s here I discovered what my true career passion was: finding the best job fit for candidates and providing clients with the best talent.
