I spent the early part of my career working in one of Israel’s largest insurance companies in Tel Aviv as an HR Manager and later as a PR Manager. Deciding I wanted a change, I took a role in a recruitment company specialising in IT, and later moved into a recruitment management role. It’s here I learned the skills I needed to recruit in IT and discovered what my true career passion was: finding the best job fit for candidates and providing clients with the best talent.
I had the chance to move to Melbourne in 2011 when my husband was offered a new career opportunity. Utilising the skills I gained in IT recruitment and as an HR and Recruitment Manager, I joined Marshall McAdam to combine my knowledge and love for working with both clients and candidates in a 360 degree role, helping source the best candidates to fill a variety of roles within the digital sphere.
My role allows me to have a great work/life balance, and the importance of family was evident to me the minute I walked through the doors at Marshall McAdam. As a mother of two young boys, I am able to juggle my family whilst at the same time I am provided with great support to progress and grow my career.
When I’m not at work or busy running after my boys, I enjoy the outdoors, sports and keeping fit. I grew up riding horses and still love to ride. I also like socialising, and living in and amongst an Israeli community has given me a great sense of home away from home.
