I have had an unusual life journey that has led me to Melbourne and Marshall McAdam. Born in Wagga Wagga, I decided to pursue professional tennis at age 16 and I spent my late teenage years living between Sydney, Frankfurt, and Paris. A tennis scholarship led me to Dallas, Texas where I obtained a degree in Clinical Exercise Science from the University of Texas. I also worked at Royal Oaks Country Club as a tennis coach.
As I got older, I developed a passion for technology, particularly machine learning. I knew the next stage of my life journey would entail a career in the information technology space, so I undertook fundamental coding courses and immersed myself in artificial intelligence content. This led me to my next role where I was an AMS Consultant for an IT firm where I was responsible for triaging submitted client requests, as well as diagnosing and performing minor configuration updates for integrations.
At Marshall McAdam, I specialise in connecting the most talented professionals in data analytics and business intelligence with forward-thinking organisations. I have combined my passion for IT with my interest in helping others reach their full potential, and this drives me every day. The decision to work at Marshall McAdam was an easy one for me. The leadership and mentoring are the best in the business and our company vision aligns with my personal goal - to be the number one recruitment specialist in the market. My previous experience, particularly my knowledge of consulting best practices and delivery standards, has been extremely valuable in the transition into my new role.
On the weekend, I enjoy following the NFL and supporting my favourite team, the Dallas Cowboys. I also enjoy finding new restaurants and exploring different cuisines and reading autobiographies and books on artificial intelligence and genetics.
