Fill a critical executive role over Christmas
As most recruiters were heading to their Christmas party, the team at Marshall McAdam received a challenging brief from a UK-based financial services giant: Help us find the right candidate for the most senior finance role in our Asia Pacific team by mid-January. Christmas was put on hold for Hamish Sinclair and Tony Megally who met the company's executives during a short viist to Melbourne to understand their needs, later following up by phone and email in thier local time zone. The team delivered the shortlist on time and all five candidates were interviewed, resulting in a successful placement and a happy client.
