ERP Implementation / Finance Systems Manager

The Role:

This role is a fixed-term contract for 12-18 months. This business is a large and growing company who is looking to improve its finance processes and systems. As a result, they are looking to implement a new ERP as well as a new POS system. You would be the linking pin between Finance, IT and the consultants regarding the implementation of the ERP and POS systems. Furthermore, you will drive overall process improvement.

What will you be doing?

  • Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the Finance department
  • Implementing a new POS system
  • Focus on process improvement in finance and systems
  • Integrate Payroll in Systems
  • Improve Cash Reconciliation process
  • Business partner with various stakeholders as IT, Finance and Consultants
  • Report directly to CFO

Ideally, you will have the following skills/experience:

  • Strong knowledge around implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • Experience in financial systems transformations
  • Willingness to be hands-on is key
  • Excellent communication skills
