Help support the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre
The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) is Australia’s leading asylum seeker organisation. They are multi-award winning, independent and receive no federal government funding. The ASRC works directly in service delivery, assisting some of the most disadvantaged people in our community and advocates on behalf of all asylum seekers.
Marshall McAdam are proud to provide support to the ASRC through our people and networks. We are currently reaching out to our network to find a volunteer to deliver customer service training to the front desk team at the ASRC Hub in Footscray. The front desk team is made up of both asylum seekers and non-asylum seekers, from many different cultural backgrounds. The training is for 1-2 hours on the 24th March (either in the morning or afternoon).
If you are available and have the experience to deliver some training (including reception / phone based customer communication, taking messages effectively, etc.) and are happy to offer your services to this highly worthwhile organisation, please call Paul Rowley on 0412 014 876.
