I have spent close to 20 years in the recruitment industry working across the UK, North and Latin America, Europe and Australia. In that time, I have been responsible for multiple overseas offices and have spearheaded the launch of a new professional staffing brand in Australia. After deciding to move to Australia three years ago, I have built on my specialist knowledge around technology, engineering and professional staffing recruitment.
At Marshall McAdam, I head up the technology and projects practice. In this role, I work closely with the team to mentor, coach and direct our approach to engaging talent in Melbourne. I am passionate about working with the market to connect and engage hard to find talent. The recruitment industry is rapidly evolving and we need to find new and creative ways to add value.
At Marshall McAdam, we focus on people at an individual level - as colleagues, talent or hiring managers. I appreciate that Marshall McAdam is a genuine and authentic place to work and that the ethics of the company match well with my internal compass.
Outside of work, I have completed a Master of Organisational Psychology at the University of London. This is part of my interest in lifelong learning and development, and I find that this degree plays well into my career in recruitment. Travel is also a major passion for me, and I am lucky to have been able to live and work in different parts of the world.
