I had an unusual path to recruitment, having worked in professional sport before becoming a Recruitment Consultant at Marshall McAdam. After growing up in Hobart, I moved to Melbourne to study a dual Bachelor of Commerce and Exercise/Sport Science. In 2012, I moved to the USA where I spent most of my career working as a Performance Coach and Sport Scientist for the Jacksonville Jaguars in the National Football League. I then spent time in New York City working as a consultant for Zebra Technologies, where I helped to grow the NFL's Next Gen Stats program.
In 2019 I returned to Melbourne and started working as a Recruitment Consultant at Marshall McAdam, specialising in connecting great people and organisations in the fields of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence. My experience working in professional sport has provided me with valuable lessons in utilising data to improve individual and team performance, which has helped me in my current role. I was drawn to work at Marshall McAdam thanks to the vision outlined to me by the company’s directors, and due to their belief that my unique experiences would make me a useful addition to the team.
One part nerd, two parts sports nut. If the TV is on it's going to be sport, otherwise I'll be immersed in a book on Australian war history.
